Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there an admission fee?

This event is a fundraiser supporting Helping Friendly Farm’s inclusive, animal-assisted and sensory-friendly programming. Your ticket helps us serve children, teens, and adults of all abilities year-round.

Is my ticket tax-deductible?

Yes. Your ticket price is considered a tax-deductible donation as your $45 contribution supports Helping Friendly Farm. Attendance at the Jamboree is our thank-you for your support. A tax receipt will be provided upon checkout.

Why are tickets the same price for adults and children?

This is an all-day experience with multiple performances and activities, and ticket pricing helps us cover costs while supporting our nonprofit mission. Children under age 2 attend free.

What if cost is a barrier?

We never want finances to prevent participation. A limited number of reduced-cost community tickets will be available.

Can we come and go during the day?

Yes — your festival pass allows re-entry throughout the day.

Can I bring my dog/animal?

No animals are allowed on the premises unless they are service animals as defined by the ADA - Service animals are defined as dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.

Do you offer refunds in case of illness or rain?

As this is a fundraiser to support the farm and the artists cannot be re-booked, there are no refunds - The Helping Friendly Jamboree will take place rain or shine.
